About Augie Byllott

PACT Prosperity is an education and training company which teaches the methods to wealth creation through real estate investing, and provides training programs on two levels—one level for the informed investor, and another for the novice. They promote fair play and ethics, while teaching clients how to create win-win solutions for sellers, buyers, and tenants.

Augie is the founding member of PACT Prosperity, a company dedicated to providing education and training systems for real estate investors. He trains on many subject areas, including: Introduction to Exit Strategies, What To Do Before You Buy, Buying Houses Subject-To, Creating Wealth Talking With Sellers, and Creating Wealth with Lease Options, and more! He is a content-driven and engaging speaker that delivers on both the needs of promoters and audiences alike.

He is also a nationally recognized Author, Trainer, Coach and Publisher. His inspiring and centered approach to business has helped him make a name for himself in the investment and educational arena. Augie believes in creating jointly beneficial scenarios through Transaction Engineering.

He writes numerous articles on the subject of creative real estate investing for investment associations through his free monthly newsletter, The Intellectual Capital Report. He is also a principal of a transaction engineering organization that specializes in all facets of residential real estate investing. He has completed over 200 transactions in the past 6 years.

Augie attended college and studied Music Education & Economics. During that time, he became a professional musician and club owner.

In 1979, he entered the banking industry, and then began investing in real estate in 1983. He went on to become the Vice President of National Sales for a major financial firm. At the age of 48, he retired from corporate life and did volunteer ministry for 3½ years.

Augie has been married 20 years, and is the father of a 29 year-old son. He moved to Florida in 2003, and began teaching Transaction Engineering in 2004.
